Who We Are

We are a family-friendly club that has been officially operating since 2002.

During summer, we offer a range of surf sports for children from age five through to adults, catering for all abilities whether for fitness, fun or competition. Surf patrols are provided at Freers Beach, along with roving patrols in surrounding areas during peak periods.

We facilitate a range of surf lifesaving training programs and coach younger members to develop surf awareness, beach safety knowledge and lifesaving skills in a supportive environment.

Our club is built on the dedication of volunteers who contribute their time to keeping our beaches safe while creating a welcoming and inclusive community for members and visitors alike. From Nippers and surf sports through to patrols, training and leadership opportunities, we aim to provide pathways for members of all ages to become involved and develop lifelong skills and friendships.
